LSX SCSI Expander

The patent-pending LSX designed and developed by luminex is a low cost 3.5" form factor peripheral which allows up to seven SCSI devices to be supported a sa single SCSI ID. The LSX cost effectively addresses the major objections of adding CD-ROM drive towers and libraries to an existing Silicon graphics server. With the LSX, up to 49 SCSI devices can be supported by a single SCSI adapter, without requiring the server to be shut down or opened.
